30-Day Return Policy
All purchases may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No restocking fees apply, but return shipping may be at the customer’s expense for buyer’s remorse.

One-Year Warranty

All new Outsunny products come with a one-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. Misuse or unauthorized modifications are not covered. Contact Outsunny directly within the warranty period for claims. Products from third-party sellers may have different terms; please reach out to the seller for support.

Wear protective gloves to prevent cuts when handling metal or polycarbonate panels, and use an electric screwdriver to speed up the process. It’s best to assemble on a calm, dry day — and having a second pair of hands will make it much easier.

Some greenhouses are shipped in multiple boxes for safer transport. Each package is labeled with its number, so please check the sequence and wait for all boxes before starting assembly. If one box seems delayed, it usually arrives within a day or two — feel free to contact us if not!

You can, but we recommend two people for a smoother process — it’s easier to align panels and secure the frame. Treat it like a weekend DIY project with a friend!

Install your greenhouse on a flat, solid surface and ensure all joints are tightly secured. In windy areas, add ground anchors or sandbags around the base for extra support. Always close the door and vents when not in use to reduce wind resistance.

Use a soft cloth or sponge with mild soap and warm water. Avoid harsh cleaners or rough brushes — they can scratch the polycarbonate. Clean gently to keep your panels clear and light-friendly all year long.
