All new Outsunny products come with a one-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. Misuse or unauthorized modifications are not covered. Wear protective gloves to prevent cuts when handling metal or polycarbonate panels, and use an electric screwdriver to speed up the process. It’s best to assemble on a calm, dry day — and having a second pair of hands will make it much easier.

Some greenhouses are shipped in multiple boxes for safer transport. Each package is labeled with its number, so please check the sequence and wait for all boxes before starting assembly. If one box seems delayed, it usually arrives within a day or two — feel free to contact us if not!
